Our spaces
Each of our spaces available for private hire are festively decorated and are available for custom set ups. Our events team can include AV equipment, entertainment hire, and stage supply.
Menus
Our seven resident kitchens will be cooking up some special dishes for Christmas 2026. These will be available for all bookings inside our igloos and throughout Shelter Hall. We also have festive platter options available for private hires. Our team are available to create custom drinks and food packages, please enquire for our full events menu.
Pricing
Our private hire spaces are dependant on group size and duration of event. Please go through our enquiry form process and our team will be in touch with a quote. Bookings for groups of up to 40 in our main hall, with ordering from kitchens or via our app, can be made directly through our website.
Pre Paid Vouchers
For large group bookings and private hires, we offer prepaid vouchers.
With a prepaid voucher, your guests can order through our app using a single code linked to your chosen spend amount. This makes it simple to manage expenses and track spending during your visit.
How it works:

- You’ll receive a unique code.
- Share the code with your guests so they can place their orders during your event.
