Our approach to British Craft Pizza combines traditional pizza-making methods, slow-fermented dough and carefully sourced British and seasonal ingredients to create pizzas packed with flavour. From our Hurstpierpoint restaurant to Brighton & Hove Albion's Amex Stadium, it's been an incredible journey. Along the way, we've been proud to win Best Independent Pizza Restaurant in 2025 and be recognised among Sussex's Top 10 Restaurants at the BRAVO Awards for three consecutive years. Now, we're excited to begin our next chapter at Shelter Hall, bringing our passion for British Craft Pizza to Brighton seafront!
