Lost Boys Chicken

Meet the founder
Tom
Lost Boys was founded in 2016 by Brighton native and fried chicken enthusiast, Tom. Born and raised by the sea, Tom set out with one bold mission: to bring the electric energy of London’s fried chicken scene to his hometown. What started as a humble two-day-a-week pop-up at Street Diner quickly began to gain momentum. With a growing fanbase and a serious passion for flavour, Lost Boys soon found a permanent home at The Joker Pub—where they’ve been serving up their signature chicken ever since. But the journey didn’t stop there. After being one of the founding kitchens at Shelter Hall, Lost Boys is now making a triumphant return, bringing their crispy creations back to the beach. Most recently, they’ve expanded to The Terrace at the American Express Stadium, feeding hungry fans and continuing their mission to deliver bold, unforgettable fried chicken across Brighton. From street food beginnings to local institution—this is the story of Lost Boys.
