Churrasco brings the soul of the Portuguese barbecue to Brighton, celebrating simple, fire-cooked food done properly. inspired by Algarvian grills and the backstreet tascas of Lisbon and porto, the menu is built on simple but exceptional ingredients cooked with precision, over flame.
