Alastair Green
Alastair Green’s life long passion for sushi began early, at the age of eight. On first trying it he became determined to learn how to make it himself and perfect the craft. As he grew older, his dedication deepened, leading to him experimenting at home and sharing his creations with friends and family. The idea for Temaki Bros sparked whilst Alastair was walking past Emirates stadium with his friend. They noticed the influx of fast food options stationed there and begun imagining how exciting it would be to offer sushi instead. Encouraged by his wife, he took the leap to launch a market stall while working full-time, gradually expanding into office catering. By 2019, he was trading at Pergola Paddington and other prime locations - now Alastair brings his food to Brighton beach, offering, baos, rice bowls and more, alongside his iconic sushi.
