MEET THE FOUNDER

Govind Armstrong and Josiah Citrin


Govind Armstrong is known for his refined, inventive cuisine. Born in California and raised on Costa Rica's Caribbean coast, Govind has restaurants all over the east and west coast of America. Josiah Citrin has more than 25 years' experience and two Michelin stars to his name. A veteran of the California gourmet scene, Josiah is a chef constantly in pursuit of excellence.

Shelter Hall Executive Chef, Mark Rush, has collaborated with them to bring an authentic taste of Santa Monica to Brighton.
