Our Main Hall is ideal for group gatherings of up to 50 guests, surrounded by the buzz of seven open kitchens and our central bar.
Enjoy the warmth of the main hall dressed for the season, with live music every Friday night in December and the freedom for everyone to order their favourite dishes — no set menus, no turkey drama, just good food and celebrating differently.

Shelter Hall brings together seven independent kitchens, each offering its own take on festive flavours. From street-style eats to indulgent seasonal dishes, there’s something for every taste.
Our Christmas specials will be available throughout November and December.
Ordering
Ordering couldn’t be easier. Each table has its own QR code — simply scan, browse menus from all seven kitchens, and order directly from your phone. Prefer a chat? Head to the counters to order in person.
If you’re visiting as a large group, we recommend purchasing a pre paid voucher.
Your food and drinks will be delivered straight to your table, so you can relax and enjoy the festivities.
Prepaid Vouchers
Make your visit smoother with a prepaid group voucher — ideal for work parties and large bookings.
Here’s how it works:
1. Purchase your voucher after booking by emailing shelterhall@markethalls.co.uk your chosen amount and your booking confirmation code.
2. We’ll send you a unique code linked to your chosen spend.
3.Share the code with your guests so everyone can order using the same balance. It’s the easiest way to manage group spending and keep the night flowing without fuss.
