Meet the founder, Nic Eadie
Nic Eadie's love affair with Thailand (apparently) began when he first visited as a toddler in 1979, and has carried on ever since. After several years working and eating his way around the kingdom, he returned to the UK and launched ThaiAngle in Brighton in 2013. Since then Nic and his team have brought their vibrant, bold, and authentic food to the UK’s biggest events, including Glastonbury, Silverstone F1GP, and Goodwood’s Festival of Speed, and are now here at Shelter Hall for their first full residency after a couple of successful short stints in 2022.
