Santa’s Grotto
Visit Santa in his seaside grotto this winter...
We’re very lucky to have Santa returning to Shelter Hall this year on on Sunday 7th, 14th & 21st December. During your visit your child will meet the man himself (plus his helpful elves!), get to tell him their wishes, & receive a special gift.

What to expect?
Once booked, you’ll receive an email with your session time — please arrive 5 minutes early to keep things running smoothly. Head to the mezzanine level (stairs and lift access) where Santa’s elves will greet you! Little ones can also enjoy the Christmas Craft Room and send their wishes at the North Pole letter station whilst they wait.
Each booking includes a 15-minute visit with Santa for up to four children, with gifts and photo opportunities included.
Make a day of it
You’re welcome to arrive up to 30 minutes before your session or stick around afterwards to enjoy our Christmas Craft Room. Little elves can get creative, make festive keepsakes, and post their wishes at our North Pole letter-writing station.
Food & Drink
All of our kitchens and bars will be open throughout the day, serving up delicious dishes and festive winter specials. Why not stay for lunch, dinner, or a seasonal tipple to make your grotto visit even more magical?
