Kostas Vais, founder of Three Little Pigs Souvlaki and essi kitchen, has pulled together the ultimate greek supper club for one night only.

“I am not playing around with ingredients and putting huge twists on things with this menu, I am in the flavour business. At essi, if we can’t make it better then what it is in it’s natural form, we dont touch it. And that’s how it should be. There’s dishes on this menu that are straight from my mums recipe book, I haven’t tweaked it because it doesn’t need tweaking.” Kostas Vais
