Kate and Jack
KOLKATI was born in 2015, after Kate and Jack discovered Kati Rolls on Kolkata’s vibrant Park Street, during a five-month trip to India. Rapt by the theatrics of live street-cooking and the perfect balance in every bite, they made it their mission to deliver these egg-fried-paratha-rolls to London's growing and diverse street food scene. Together, with the influence of Nana’s cooking from Kate’s Portuguese-Indian roots, the vision took shape. From two London kiosks to bustling markets and festivals, KOLKATI’s Kati Rolls have delighted many. Now it’s Brighton’s turn to experience a taste of Kolkata with some London flair!
