Kane and Julie

Kane, started his career as an apprentice pastry chef in Melbourne before training as a chef and working at some Melbourne’s most highly-acclaimed restaurants. In 2009 Kane & Julie opened Sugardough Bakery in Hove, combining Kane’s first love of baking with exceptional chef skills. Tart by Sugardough is all about fun modern British flavours, and being true to Sugardough’s ethos of quality, seasonal, natural, local, ‘nose to tail baking’. Plus the best coffee on the beach.
